Immediate, confidential access to a registered Clinician during urgent or distressing situations – no need to wait for a scheduled appointment. Included as part of the standard EAP package at no extra cost.
Manager Consultations
Practical, confidential guidance for managers navigating difficult employee situations, without needing to disclose specific details. Available as one-off consultations or ongoing support.
Critical Incident Response
Rapid, confidential support following workplace incidents like accidents, sudden loss, or traumatic events. Group or individual debriefing can be arranged on-site or via video, with follow-up support in the weeks after.
